Listen-Relaxing Meditation while you read about Communing with Divine

Introduction: From Season 1 Sitting in Observation

what is this podcast about and why am I doing this and what is it exactly that I actually do? So, in a nutshell, this podcast is about sharing the lessons, the messages and the insights that have come to me from divine when I meditate and sometimes through spontaneous downloads.

About 3 years ago, divine guided me to change the way that I was meditating so that I would be more open to direct and clear communication. And so far, it seems that looking at the results has worked. I was also guided to share what came to me. And so, I began to record my meditations and speak the words that were being spoken to me and describe what I was seeing and what I was feeling in real time as I meditated.

This made a big difference in terms of catching a lot more detail with much better accuracy, higher accuracy than what when I tried to remember and reconstruct what had transpired after my meditation was over. It also ensured that the information and experiences nothing was lost along the way.

About My Mastery

At this point, I should probably tell you a little bit about myself, but I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this or give you too much detail. Not because I'm trying to be elusive or mysterious or anything else like that.

It's purely because it's the messages and the lessons from divine that matter, not who I am. Having said that, I'm doing a podcast, so I should probably give you a basic idea of my background.

I've been involved in healing for over 25 years, and I have received communications from divine for as long

as I can remember. Communications from divine used to be more subtle and they came to me without purposeful intention

on my part. And because of that, I didn't think any of it was unusual until I began to share it with others. And it's this that brought me to share it with you here on my podcast.

I am a Reiki master and I have trained in other energetic healing modalities. I'm a hypnotherapist and a psychotherapist.

I'm a budding herbalist. I absolutely love working with plants and using them for healing. I've trained as a yoga

instructor both vinyasa and yin and I practice Kriya yoga. I have even had some experience with remote viewing and

psychometry and I am an experiencer or as some people say abductee.

I hope that this introduction gives you a little idea of my background without influencing the information that I'm going to share

with you. I may be moved to share more about myself as time goes on, but for now the focus must be entirely on divine, the messages, insights,

experiences, and lessons that have been shared with me and that I now share with you. And I think that's all there is for me to say in terms of an overview and an introduction.

So, let me just thank you all so much for being with me on my first podcast ever. I know they'll get better and I'll get better. I hope that you'll all stick with me on this journey and follow me through this podcast and allow me to share with you what's come through me to me because it's very exciting.

Thank you all again so much and have a great day.

So let’s begin...

Kriya Yoga is an ancient, active meditation and life-force control (pranayama) practice designed to accelerate spiritual evolution and calm the mind. It moves internal energy (prana) up and down the spine. Core Concepts and Practices Definition of Kriya: The word kriya means "action" or "cleansing action," often translated as "union through a certain action or rite". Science of Breath: It relies on the close link between breath and mind; controlling the breath helps master the mind and direct life force (prana) inward. Spinal Energy: The practice involves mentally drawing life energy up and down the major spinal centers or chakras to burn away mental noise and karmic patterns.   Components: It typically integrates specific breathing patterns, mantras, mudras (hand gestures), and deep meditation rather than physical stretching poses (Hatha Yoga)

Vinyasa and Yin Yoga are two complementary styles of yoga that balance active movement with deep, passive stretching.  Vinyasa Yoga (The Yang Practice) Nature: Dynamic, active, and athletic. Movement: Postures flow continuously from one to another in sync with your breath (inhales and exhales guide transitions). Focus: Engages muscles, builds strength, elevates the heart rate, and improves cardiovascular health. Common Poses: Plank, downward-facing dog, warrior sequences, and sun salutations.  Yin Yoga (The Yin Practice) Nature: Slow-paced, passive, and meditative. Movement: Performed mostly sitting or lying on the mat; poses are held still for long periods (typically 3 to 5 minutes or longer). Focus: Relaxes the muscles completely to target deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and fascia. Common Poses: Butterfly, sphinx, pigeon, and dragon pose (often with different names than their active counterparts).  Combining Them ("Vin to Yin") Many practitioners mix both styles in a single class or weekly routine—starting with an energizing Vinyasa flow to warm the muscles and build heat, then finishing with deep, long-held Yin stretches to release tension and improve joint mobility.
